Tumblarity
I don’t think that Tumblarity is even real. My theory is that the numbers are randomly assigned by computer, compliments of the folks who started the tumblr. site. And that they are squealing with delight at those of us who are perplexed by these numbers. I’m reasonably certain that if you search on hoaxbusters.com or urbanlegends.com or some such other similar sites, you will find support for my proposition.
Henceforth, I am going to ignore my (pathetic, miserably low, sorry-ass) tumblarity score. If you sincerely care what Tumblarity score you have, if it eats at your ego when your score dips ever so slightly, if you feel a rush of excitement when your Tumblarity rating bumps up a notch, then let me know so that I may un-follow you.
If it turns out that ALL of you whom I have been following care about the rankings/ratings, then let me take this last opportunity to tell you how much I have enjoyed your company and to say hasta la vista.
P.S. - Do you think posts like this one will raise my Tumblarity?
